How much will my supplies cost?
Many qualifying patients pay little or nothing out of pocket. Your exact cost depends on your insurance plan and any applicable deductible or coinsurance. We verify your benefits up front so there are no surprises.
Do I need a prescription?
Some products require a prescription. If one is needed, we coordinate directly with your physician's office to obtain it and any supporting documentation.
Which insurance plans do you accept?
We're in-network with Medicare, Medicaid, and many commercial payers including Humana, UnitedHealthcare, Florida Blue, and Freedom Health. Not sure about your plan? Contact us and we'll check.
How are my supplies delivered?
