This fall, Quantum Medical Supply is lacing up for a cause close to our hearts. On Saturday, September 19, 2026, our team is joining the American Diabetes Association® at the Step Out: Walk to End Diabetes® as Team Quantum — and we'd love for you to walk with us. Whether you join the team, donate, or simply share this page, every step helps move us closer to a world free of diabetes.
What is the Step Out Walk?
The Step Out: Walk to End Diabetes is the American Diabetes Association's signature fundraising walk. It brings families, friends, employers, and community organizations together to raise awareness and funds for the more than 38 million Americans living with diabetes. Money raised helps fund lifesaving research, advocacy, and programs that support people living with — and at risk for — diabetes. You can learn more about the ADA's mission at diabetes.org.

Quantum Medical Supply is a nationwide durable medical equipment (DME) provider on a mission to make getting essential supplies simple for people living with diabetes and lymphedema. Every day, we help patients access therapeutic diabetic shoes, graduated compression garments, and continuous glucose monitors through Medicare and commercial insurance — taking on the benefit verification, documentation, and payer coordination so patients and providers don't have to.
Because we work alongside people managing diabetes every single day, the Step Out Walk isn't just an event to us — it's personal. Walking with Team Quantum is one more way we live out our belief that care should be straightforward, affordable, and full of heart. You can read more about who we are and how we help patients on our patient page.
